In the space of a few months, a year max, I've moved from thinking the toxic people in my life are annoying idiots, to realising they are evil people, then realising they are mentally ill annoying idiots and they will die alone with everyone hating them.

Now I know what they are I can turn the tables, press their buttons, make them have sleepless nights.

Toxic men and women over 60 have the mental age of 4 year olds and the physical power of 90 year olds, oh and you have been living a lie ALL of your life.
