I have hyperhidrosis it's an embarrassing medical condition characterised by super excessive sweating beyond what’s needed for body temperature regulation. It can affect areas like the palms, feet, underarms, or face, often triggered by genetics, stress, or hormonal changes. It can cause discomfort, embarrassment, or skin issues.

It's not painful or creates body odour just a big pain in the ass for socialising, dating, family events like birthdays, weddings, funerals etc

It causes all sorts of problems and has affected my life adversely since I was a young teenager.
