Working in all weathers outside meant a 2 or 3 week annual trip to the Caribbean was a necessity NOT a luxury. Every island I stayed at has such amazingly happy memories. White sandy beaches, amazing people and super hot amazing weather when the UK was in the cold wet depths of winter. I hated December and January in the UK.
