My own family have stood by, watched and heard the abuse from another family member for over three decades and have been too scared to say a thing, multiple times. I promised myself the next time it happened it would be the LAST.

Total disrespect.

I cannot believe I had no idea what NPD and toxic people really are until a few months ago, I just assumed they were just insecure, weak minded horrible people that I had to pretend to like for the sake of the people I cared for. What a waste of a lifetime that's been.

This cannot be a surprise to any of you, you will have been listening to them disrespecting me and yourselves for all those years, you had decades to do something about it, you all kept silent.
